Supply Chain Finance:• Facilitates MEC activities of Global Spare Parts Supply Chain - Warranty for the APJ region, ensuring proper compliance with HPE financial booking and accounting policies.• Preparation and detailed analysis of quarterly Warranty Recovery report for APJ region thus conducting cost-benefit analysis at P&L level.• Conducts detailed reporting and analysis of Japan Dedicated Inventory (DIM) Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) Reserve Forecast and Actuals, collaborating closely with the Japan Inventory Management team to ensure accurate financial reporting.• Assists Multi Vendor Business in the preparation of monthly Cost Performance & Revenue Reports and further supports the business partners in variance analysis and investigation.• Serves as the first point of contact for MEC activities specific to Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia.• Supports APDC (Spare parts - Singapore Hub) in the preparation of Defective Parts Sellback financial reports, serving as one of the finance representatives who deals directly with the suppliers and the Delivery team to resolve price discrepancies.Global Field Finance:• Spearheaded reporting and analysis of field labor activities as the Korea country representative.• Orchestrated the preparation of diverse financial reports, including monthly actual reports, labor cost performance reports, and segment performance reports, scrutinizing actuals against budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.• Collaborated with delivery/operations teams, bridging finance alignment through in-depth financial analysis and meticulous investigation of financial data.• Led the formulation and presentation of monthly financial forecasts in close collaboration with country and regional representatives.• Managed business inquiries, devising innovative solutions to address challenges effectively.
