Senior Manager - Executive Administration
Current- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems anddevise ways to streamline processes.- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities andoffice space.- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance toensure maximum efficiency.- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within thecompany to facilitate other business operations- Manage schedules and deadlines.- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of newmaterial with attention to budgetary constraints.- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.- Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling,renovations, event planning etc.).- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and businessdevelopments.- Undertake and lead any special projects as directed by theExecutive Director.- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of coordination andcommunication between functions.- Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationallythat contribute to long-term operational excellence.- Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning andstrategy as a member of the management
