Providing Updates on Flight Rescheduling and Cancellations- Proactively inform customers about flight schedule changes and cancellations through email blasts to minimize the risk of no-show passengers.- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to ensure customers receive clear, timely, and accurate information.3. Handling Customer Requests and Complaints- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat.- Address issues related to Airpaz.com products, such as ticket refunds, flight information, ticket rescheduling, and more, with professional and timely solutions.- Deliver friendly, responsive, and solution-oriented customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.4. Managing Aftersales Processes and Special Requests- Handle various aftersales service requests, such as ticket refunds, flight rescheduling, passenger data changes, baggage additions, meal bookings, seat selection, and other special requests.- Ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and airline regulations to provide an optimal customer experience.- Maintain well-organized and accurate documentation to support transparency and smooth operations.
