Within this role, Fathul performs several sub-role with different perspective and job attributes such as:1. As Solution Head, Fathul manages the delivery of solution including but not limited to Core Swithing System, BIFAST Solution, PDP Law Compliance, Hardware Security Module (HSM), and Software Testing Tools.Fathul is Intensively involved in the planning and design phase, project management, leading the software development and testing process, leading the implementation and managing the maintenance of the solution.2. As Product Manager, Fathul manages numbers of Products; be it Internal Product or Partner Products. This role requires Fathul to define the product roadmap in reference to Multipolar's product line and Customer's business target, to manage the communication and relationship both ways to Customers and Partners, making sure the product release are inline with the roadmap, and to apply vision for future products. 3. As Presales, Fathul acts as Solution Specialist for the managed products, performs solution presentation, business requirement assessment, proposal crafting, and managing leads for product sales target.
