Using design thinking as the core, I helped facilitate the network that connects more than 20 Design Factories around the globe. It includes but is not limited to, developing tools, methods, and channels to allow cross-locational and cross-disciplinary collaboration, co-creation, and knowledge sharing.I was intensively involved in its annual events: International Design Factory Festival and DF Lab 101 that are the first time ever held online. Not only designing the events' structures and contents, but we also explore digital platforms that are relevant to the participants from 3 main regions of Europe, Asia Pacific, and Americas. We aimed for and successfully created a smooth remote experience mainly using Mighty Networks, Miro, and Zoom.
