Having a background in visual communication design allows me to achieve various design awards, yet motivates me to learn more. I recently completed my higher education exploring human-centered design approaches such as design thinking, design sprint, innovation in Biz and Tech, and trend foresight. It includes a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods as the essential instruments to be adaptive to the fast-paced changing design field, for instance, in service design, experience design, and visual design in general.The transdisciplinary IDBM programme expands my expertise in practicing design and utilizing it in business activities and empathizing design from other disciplines' perspectives. My main power is to listen, process complex information, and transform it into a well-done solution that meets every stakeholders' expectations.
