- Organize and manage job vacancies needed by companies, subsidiaries and business clients on work platforms such as jobstreet, linkedin, and social media- Improve the company's image on google review from 3.4 to 4.1 stars- Created job vacancies that are clear, rational, and in accordance with the needs in the field- Provide feedback to candidates who are not selected to improve soft skills and hard skills- Conduct two-way communication with stakeholders to find the best candidates based on specifications from users and recommendations from the recruitment team and according to needs in the field- Improvising the recruitment database and recording candidate data systematically and properly so that we can map out the best candidates to be offered to work with us- Monitor, update, and provide weekly reports on manpower planning to the Head of Division Human Resources- Conducted interviews using the behavioral interview question method and explored the abilities and competencies of the candidate using the STAR method- Using psychological test tools such as papikostick, and Kraepelin to find the best candidate(s)- Attend job fairs and build relationships between companies and job applicants in order to increase brand awareness and increase applicants' interest in applying to companies
