• Managing the production of PC Wire/Strand and achieving productivity Target, enhancing of utilities of machines, decreasing of scrap and loss time 1. Starting with surface treatment in pickling plant to achieve chemical descaling then coating with zinc phosphate. 2. Managing the drawing and stranding to achieve the strand specifications as ASTM A416-18, BS5896 & EN10138. 3. Having good experience in setting up new factory for PC Wire/strand for obtaining product quality approvals from UK CARES, DCL (Dubai Central Laboratory), KIWA ( Netherlands) and ESPQE (France). 4. Good experience with MFL, KOCH, Mekosan, DRT and other machines for Pickling, Drawing, Stranding Processes• Follow up and developing Production process continuously.• Managing and solving problems for all process.• Develop and implement company strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual production targets.• Responsible for allocating labor resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly.• Responsible for all production activities from the pre-production (planning) stage through the production (control and supervision) stage.• Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.• Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).• Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.• Oversees the manufacture of products, including materials procurement and vendor management, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.• Take steps to solve the production problems and improve the performance.• Take steps to solve the production problems and improve the performance.• Follow up on all jobs during the manufacturing processes.• Prepare reports, performance analysis.
