I am inclined to grow towards optimizing processes, enhancing efficiencies, and maintaining impactful changes that increases the team's day to day performance. Professional Journey:As a seasoned and versatile Prime Mover Operator, I have witnessed and grown likings to find areas for improvements. Having a thorough understanding on the end-to-end process helps me to understand business more efficiently. I've honed my skills to understand the complexity and business nature of my work. My current expertise is involving project management such as conducting workshops, across all levels engagement and conducting briefing to working level staff. This is a new challenge for myself to execute events ensuring improvements for port operations. As a LEAN Practitioner myself I invite and celebrate people to develop the "KAIZEN" mindset through LEAN Training facilitation and cross department KAIZEN events. All these efforts are to ensure a smooth process and standardization have been taken place. My mission is to serve as a catalyst for transformative change within the port industry. I believe that embracing cross-division collaboration ensures an impactful KAIZEN outcome for our operations.
