- Preparing for VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 Audits and taking action for non-conformities.- Conducting daily production OEE analyzes and follow up improvement efforts- Analysis of rework parts and improvement by taking action.- Preparing weekly staff productivity and reporting it to management.- Creation and follow up of the annual improvement plan.- Controlling monthly production and continuous improvement KPIs.- Identification of parts entering mass production into the global cost analysis system.- Conducting cost analysis and taking improvement actions for high-cost parts and reporting them to the global headquarters.- Receiving offers for new automation systems, calculating savings amounts and depreciation periods.- Taking an active role in 8D and FMEA meetings.- Keeping track of the equipment and fixtures required for production.- Controlling the 5S environmental order and follow up its continuity.- Monitoring polyvalence tables and providing regular training to operators.
