As an IT value stream manager, I oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions and systems that support the business objectives and operations of the company, such as production planning, inventory management, quality control, and product development.I leverage my hardware, industrial engineering, and manufacturing engineering skills to drive IT innovation and transformation, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver value-added projects and initiatives. As a certified Professional Scrum Master, I apply agile methodologies and best practices to ensure the efficiency, quality, and scalability of IT processes and products.
