Responsible for managing cases provided by the centre on a locum basis which includes clinical interviewing, psychological intervention and assessment, and diagnosis.

- Managed around 45 cases under the supervision for Puan Jasmah Md Hassan.- Conducted psychological assessments for children up to the elderly, including neuropsychological, neurodevelopmental, and personality tests for patients. Some assessments used included (but not limited to) the Wechsler tests, Vineland, MMPI, CBCL. and KBNA.- Conducted intervention for adolescents to adults, including (but not limited to) CBT, DBT skills, play therapy, and social skills training.- Provided clinical psychology service in Hospital Sultanah Maliha, Langkawi, as a visiting clinical psychologist trainee.- Participated in the MENTARI program in Pendang, Kedah as a part of community service to ensure patients’ successful integration as a functional member of society.

- Provided online therapy service under the supervision of Puan Jasmah Md Hassan as a part of a subsidized mental health service for the B40 population.- Conducted online sessions for cases provided by NYAWA with a minimum of 6 sessions.

- Completed internal clinical training under the supervision of Dr. Agnes Chong Shu Sze and Madam Shabira ‘Inani Md Zaini.- Managed 8 cases, where assessment cases were conducted with mostly child clients. Intervention cases were also conducted with adolescents and children.

- Participated in ABA training as a part of induction (1 week).- Did administrative work; managing client appointments, client intake, inventory, session planning with therapists.- Managed the children during their break time using ABA skills.

- Joined meetings with clients to discuss mental health-related projects.- Took minute meetings and shared notes with coworkers on Basecamp, an online team communication platform.- Conducted literature search for several projects, such as: - Visualizing Mental Health: the final year project for 3rd year Bachelor of Design students where they were required to create a design piece to communicate various mental health-related issues. - Student Well-being Project: the university's initiative to improve the students' general well-being by looking into various themes that would affect well-being (self-belonging, social isolation and cultural inclusivity). - Compiled found literature into an annotated bibliography while constantly communicating with the client to ensure requirements are met.

Ensured the needs of Malaysian students in South Australia were met, such as accommodation or financial aid. Worked closely with other team members to organize an event catered to the students aimed to improve overall welfare.Meet & Greet 2018: An event organized at the start of the semester to help new and current students connect with other Malaysians and ease their transition into university life.
