Working at Detaysoft from 2007 until 2010, I took the responsibility for several implementation, re-implementation, and support projects in various sectors. I worked as a Senior Financials Module Consultant on numerous projects at MBIS Consultancy from June 2011 to December 2013. With the merger of companies MBIS, Uniteam, and Bizcon under the name of Acron Consulting in December 2013, I was appointed as the Financial Modules Team Leader in the Strategic Industries Division. From that date until MBIS left the incorporation in January 2015, I took part in Retail, ECC, and localization projects by Strategic Industries Division. Following MBIS’s separation from Acron, I started working at Çözümevi Management Consultancy as a Senior Consultant responsible for the project design and implementation of all financial modules. Afterwards I worked as the deputy general manager at SNI Technologies for two years. As part of this task, I took on many roles such as project management office manager, support office manager, R&D processes manager, HR manager, and developed my management skills, while I gained significant experience in both domestic and international e-transformation products. In addition, I raised my customer relations experience from ten years of consultancy as a point of contact for high-level demands and complaints of over 300 domestic and over 100 foreign companies. Subsequently, as a project manager in NTT Data Business Solutions, I took part in five S4/HANA implementation projects, one RPA project, and one BPC project. During the January-March 2022 period, I carried out the live support management of the Hattat and Limak projects, and at the same time completed the preparation, kick-off, and fast scan processes of the TKG Automotive and Kaplanlar Refrigeration projects and started the detail design phase. In January 2022, I established the PMO Side Management Consultancy Company with a partner who is one of the leading names in project management in Turkey and as of April 2022, I continue working as the managing partner and the project manager of this company. I have advanced knowledge of English and good knowledge of German from university education, which I can improve if necessary.
