Between 2019-2022, supported Vodafone's TIBCO production environment using our product SmartTrace and also provided consultancy to TIBCO architecture and development teams.Between 2015-2019 (4 years) supported Akbank’s TIBCO ESB (BW) middleware having traffic 4500+ transactions per sec.In Akbank, implemented performance tuning of 500+ BW engines and 20+ EMS Servers, developed ESB solutions with Java, BW and shell scripting, provided advice for BW process design and runtime architecture improvement roadmap and implemented hands-on work on the roadmap items for having a better scaled and well-managed ESB integration layer.

Together with the hard R&D work performed by our team's great efforts, we have realesed our product SmartTrace - a light-weight but powerful monitoring product that monitors TIBCO Businessworks process durations and counts with their backend urls. (HTTP, JDBC, JMS, FTP backend response times) SmartTrace also monitors EMS traffic and pending messages and queues with rich and rapid alarms.We still continue to develop for additional features, our R&D work will be a never-ending process. I have supported Ericsson to build an ESB layer with TIBCO technologies starting from scratch for their end customer. It was an ESB project with Activematrix Businessworks, EMS, Hawk, Db Adapter and File Adapter. I have managed the entire TIBCO ESB design, implemented high-level-design, low-level-design of ESB architecture and services, installed products with Highly Available Fault Tolerant configuration, leaded the TIBCO developers, implemented authentication alternatives, and completed development of custom plugin on Java&BW for supporting SAML Authentication (which is not natively supported on BW 5). Also completed sizing, performance testing & tuning of BW engines and EMS, created Hawk Rulebases and windows scripts for monitoring the running services.

It was an ESB project with Activematrix Businessworks, EMS and BW SAP Adapter. My task was completing only the 1st phase of the project and delivering to the customer. So, completed development of 103 web services and %20 of them were SAP function calls via SAP adapter.

We have put 2 big BPM projects in production successfully (one with iprocess and other with amx bpm) building from scratch.- I have provided consultancy and implemented work on Activematrix BPM 2.x platform during the 2nd half of my ING experience for almost all phases of the project starting from scratch: • Installation & configuration of the platform: Installed a distributed amx bpm platform on 8 machines (Highly Available FT system) • Supporting bpm process implementation: Designed orgModel, data model & bpm processes of the 1st bpm flow on Business Studio, worked with BPM API Web Services, provided support, suggestions to customer’s development team • Runtime Administration: Clarified deployment strategy and created automated deployment scripts, tunned activematrix bpm, provided runtime production support, was leading the customer’s administration team for bpm system • Auditing and Activity Monitoring: Installed and configured Spotfire Server and web player with a clustered solution and created the Spotfire dashboards connected to bpm database for real-time analysis on the running bpm processes and for tracking work load and efficiency of bpm users. • System Monitoring: Worked with Hawk Rulebases to monitor bpm platform (cpu usage, heap size, disk space, etc) and to monitor bpm log files and email alerts on problem detection. - And moreover, in the 1st half of my ING experience we have completed a TIBCO iProcess bpm project and I was responsible for: • Installing TIBCO iProcess Suite, designing BPM and SOA layer interaction between iPE and BW, developing bash scripts for iProcess for Hardware Clustering, and for the SOA part: Creating webServices with BW, completing performance tests and tuning BW engines

Assigned by IBM to the development of new SOA based services of Akbank’s Multichannel Layer as a TIBCO consultant (1 year, on-site, active TIBCO consultancy). My responsibilies in these period were the followings:- Creation of new TIBCO services in branch and internet channel (SOA layer implementation)- Creating the deployment packages and scripted deployment- Implementing batch xml file manipulations on BW process files via Java DOM- Debugging and fixing the UAT, Preproduction and Production problems in BW projects (was requiring detailed know-how of TIBCO BW product family and knowledge of high level system architecture of middle layer of Akbank, and quick problem solving skills)

Worked in Akbank’s Project on-site as a TIBCO consultant and Java developer.Worked for re-building the middle layer of Akbank’s branch channel (from Client to CICS) with BW.Had the opportunity to work in nearly all phases of this big SOA project:- High Level System Architecture: Collaborated with TIBCO Architects in setting up the high-level infrastructure design and gathering technical requirements from the customer- Development: Worked in Common Services implementation of the project, main concentration was Logging & Error Handling Services.- Administration & Monitoring: Worked in installing and configuring environments of TIBCO products and development of deployment and monitoring rules of the running BusinessWorks engines and JVM.- Support: Giving on-site/remote support for the errors in the pre-production environment to customer (Akbank) working together with TIBCO Support Center. - BW Code Generator Framework with Java: A Java framework to generate bw xml processes of more than 3000 business operations (Java DOM library was used)- Performance (Stress) Tests: EMS Server and BW engine tuning

Internship at Turkcell:Individually developed Java Asn.1 Compiler (JAC) at Turkcell and hosted it as an open source project on sourceforge.net.
