Departments are highly dependent on each other in digital agencies. When you work in strategy, social media or creative departments, you have a lot of knowledge and experience about other departments.On the other hand, fast and revision-based work operation system of digital advertising was causing erosion of the strategies. I tried to change this perspective and working system of the agencies I worked with. As a result of my objective for rebuilding these systems, I have become the director of different departments.
