Departments are highly dependent on each other in digital agencies. When you work in strategy, social media or creative departments, you have a lot of knowledge and experience about other departments.On the other hand, fast and revision-based work operation system of digital advertising was causing erosion of the strategies. I tried to change this perspective and working system of the agencies I worked with. As a result of my objective for rebuilding these systems, I have become the director of different departments. Both my digital advertising experience and my background of communication strategy help me in this mission of composing the big picture.

I’m in Krombera again. In this period i focused on the digital processes of our clients and new business. I’m giving training courses on how to create a story in social media and digital platforms along with content marketing, digital media planning and optimization.By combining practical skills with theory, I aim to create a clearer, realistic mental image. In order to help people gain skills that translate well to practical use, I’m also coordinating easy and effective practice sessions.

I’m giving lectures in the advertising workshop class with Aykut Akıncı. In our courses we explain the background mechanics of ads, show how the advertising ecosystem adapts to new trends and most importantly, we answer questions about the advertising world and agencies.

In Proximity I'm responsible for preparing the general and digital communication and social media strategies. Also I have worked for project based strategy improvements. Among my other responsibilities, there are making the competitor analyses, writing creative briefs and preparing the presentations.
