Located in STC Riyadh office with on-site consultancy as well as last two week is with remote support from Ericsson Turkey Headquarters. Main responsibilities:- Following daily KPI stats (CS / PS Accessibility, CS / PS drop, HS throughput, Traffic. Capacity - Congestion, IRAT) based on worst cells. - Analyzing and processing of statistical data from Business Objects, Moshell and OSS Common Explorer. - Checking WNCS for missing neighbors and adding/removing of neighbors using Common Explorer. - Initial tuning of new sites (change of radio parameters, tilts, azimuths, neighbor addition/deletion).- Recommendation of parameter changes for improvement of 3G network KPI (s). - Troubleshooting network problems and customers complaints.- Coordinating with roll-out teams for drive tests and analysis of the collected logs using TEMS.

Mobily GSM / WCDMA radio network audit is conducted by Ericsson Radio teams located in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mobily RAN Audit analyzes based on below collected data:- BSC, RNC and Cell configuration data: OSS Bulk Configuration data exports.- Business Objects Daily Trend by Cell and by BSC & RNC Reports.- GPEH data.- UEH Exception data.• CPICH Power strategy setting findings and recommendation to change them on the report with the impacts. E.g. output power settings mismatch between RNC UtranCell and RBS LocalCell should be corrected and primaryCpich power settings should be revised to avoid too low Cpich usage.• Idle Mode and Common channel behavior. E.g. tuning of parameters Treselection, Sintersearch and Sintrasearch to control time cell selection and reselection.• RSSI performance analysis per RNC. E.g. eulmaxrotcoverage and EulMaxOwnUuLoad parameter settings should be more aggressive to use available UL resource.• New features and licenses recommended to be deployed network wide for better HSPA Performance. E.g. eul2msTTI, Grake, Improved CE Ladder, Incremental Redundancy for HSDPA and HSDPA Improved Link Adaptation.
