With over six years of work experience in the nonprofit sector, I have developed core competencies in international relations, program coordination, and international programs. My mission is to empower Sri Lanka's needy and vulnerable, one life at a time, by transforming communities, fostering harmony, and creating a brighter future. As the Chief Executive Officer of Al Khidmathul Ummah Foundation, I lead a team of dedicated and passionate staff and volunteers who share the same vision and values. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the organization, having studied and worked in Turkey and Sri Lanka, and being fluent in English, Arabic, and Turkish.In my current role, I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and partnerships of the foundation, which provides humanitarian, educational, and social services to various communities in Sri Lanka. I have successfully managed several projects and programs, such as the COVID-19 relief campaign, the orphan sponsorship program, the water well project, and the scholarship fund. I have also established and maintained strong relationships with local and international donors, partners, and stakeholders, such as ASKON, RUBAB GROUP, VERDE, and HEKIMOĞLU. I have leveraged my skills in international relations and program coordination to ensure the quality, sustainability, and impact of the foundation's work.
