With over 23 years of experience in the electronics industry, I am a passionate and innovative R&D manager at Eksim Holding, a leading conglomerate in Turkey. I lead a team of engineers and designers in developing cutting-edge products and solutions for various sectors, such as energy, automation and lighting. I have a master's degree in computer science from Yeditepe University, and I have extensive knowledge and skills in electronics hardware design, embedded systems, firmware, and software development. I have successfully delivered multiple R&D projects, from ideation to implementation, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as Panasonic Life Solutions Türkiye, where I worked as a deputy manager for 8 years. I am driven by the mission of creating value for customers and society through innovation, quality, and sustainability.
