Fatih Çil was born in Nişantaşı, İstanbul Turkey, on 18 August 1973.After Kocaeli Anadolu Lisesi (high school), he graduated from the University of Uludağ, Faculty of Economics & Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He has been working as a reporter/editor/editorial coordinator/editor in chief/columnist for famous business websites, newsmagazines and newspapers (such as finansgundem.com, borsagundem.com, Ekovizyon, Energate Energy, Isc Turkey, Life and Security, Sustainable Economy, Ticaret Gazetesi) for 20 years and also contributing to prepare television news programmes. Fatih Çil, as a roving reporter travels intensively around the country and until today held several exclusive interviews with the renowned businessmen, scientists, governors and ministers. Additionally, Fatih Çil is author of "Sürdürülebilir Geleceğe Mektuplar" "Letters to Sustainable Future: 10'th Largest Economy Notes, The New Normal" : The book which first edition published by the contribution of the Participation Banks Association Of Turkey and second edition by ExxonMobil, with preface by Mr. M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey; EUROCHAMBRES Deputy President; featuring biographies of prominent names from business world, industry associations and governmental bodies along with their insights and reflections on Sustainable Development of Turkey. And he is also editor of "Vergide Doğru Bilinen Yanlışlar" the book published by Ministry of Finance Tax Inspector Association. Finally, he is proud of being a founding member of the Capital Market Investors' Association (Sermaye Piyasası Yatırımcıları Derneği: SPYD))
