My responsibilities are;-IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor.-CQI-9 v.4.0 HTPA Heat Treatment Process Auditor-APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC-Performing domestic and imported material entry controls, acceptances and returns in accordance with company targets and procedures.-Stopping the delivery of faulty raw materials and semi-finished products to production-Managing initial sample approval processes.-Performing customer visits when necessary and reparing reports based on visits and sharing information with quality depertmant.-To have information about customer special requests.-Coordination, inspection and finalization of 8D reports opened in line with customer complaints.-Examining and reporting quality department results in weekly and monthly periods.-Inspection of heat treatment furnaces according to CQI-9.-To follow the work performance of the team, to adjust the workload and shift order, to make a leave plan.-SAP usage.-Use of laboratory equipment.

-Execution of quality processes in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.-Management of cementation, normalization, stress relief, tempering heat treatment processes.-Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell, use of microscope devices.-Microstructure analysis.-Following up the periodic maintenance and repairs of the equipment.
