• Procurement for Event related items like Promotional / Media items, Advertising Materials / flowers / AV system• For FM related items – HVAC / Electromechanical / MEP / Civil / Electrical / tents / barriers etc.• For Engineering stores – all inventory related items (electrical / hardware / consumables etc.)• Build and develop relationships with key manufacturers/suppliers and customers in hospitality,advertising / events / engineering etc. related.• Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipment’s in atimely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standardsand specifications.• Secure (3-5) manufacturers for each product at varying costs and qualities.• Obtain best import and agency terms with the manufacturers/suppliers• Obtain best credit facilities, terms of payments and profit margins with themanufacturers/suppliers.• Review quotations; negotiate prices, delivery terms with the manufacturers and suppliers.• Prepare Purchase orders, Quotation Evaluations, Reports in accordance with company policyand negotiated terms and conditions.• Working on Oracle Software – ERP Oracle E-Business Suite
