Responsible for:- Stock analysis to determine the quantities to be ordered from various suppliers, a methodical work that also involves a great responsibility to ensure that there are never shortages or excess of material;- Contact with national and international suppliers, which led to the development of knowledge and communication skills, both in the native language (Portuguese) and in English;- Sending requests and confirmation of proforma invoices;- Control of the products’ delivery times, which requires good management and organizational skills;- Registry of invoices in the database;- Determination of average cost pricings for tenders;- Creation of suppliers and products in the database.

Part-time kitchen assistant, thorought the studies period, which involves the ability to resist stress with the speed in carrying out tasks to promptly respond to requests from customers and/or colleagues.This work allowed the development of the sense of responsibility necessary to successfully combine studies with employment, in addition to the ability to manage time and organization. Furthermore, it reflects the capacity for effort and willpower that led to the successful completion of both activities.
