A Technology Consultant at West Monroe uses software engineering, collaboration in teams, & deep technical knowledge to develop innovative solutions for a variety of business clients.In this position, I utilize my technical education in a range of roles; from Business Analyst work to full stack Software Engineering. In my time at West Monroe, I have been a core dev on an inventory management web application developed in Angular, using C#, TS, HTML, CSS, and Azure DevOps to manage collaborative work. I have also spent time working as a Technical BA in the healthcare industry, helping clean up Visio architecture designs, and slide work that would be presented to C-Suite clients. In a recent project, I worked as a full stack developer building functionalities that touched every layer of the web app we were revamping for a healthcare client (tech stack included IBM Liberty WebSphere, Java API, Angular6, Html/SCSS/TS).

Illinois Tech's Computer Science Department hired me to tutor students in ACM-W (Association for Computing Machinery Women)'s exclusive lounge in the Tower. The organization's mission is to empower women in tech on campus, giving them the tools and the community support they need to succeed in classes and beyond in the professional world. The mission statement can also be summed up with Activism, Community, Mentors, for Women. Responsibilities include: helping students on a variety of topics including bachelor & master CS courses, core math courses, and electives, as well as any professional development assistance they need (resume development, cover letter help, networking advice, etc). Moderate the lounge space, making it an inclusive and safe space for female students to study.

Designed with the supervision of Illinois Tech Professor Jeremy Alexis a 90 feet mural in the new Illinois Tech Idea Shop & Prototyping Lab. Worked with the IPRO (Inter-Professional Projects) space to hand draw a 6 feet tall permanent prototype (located on the 7th floor of the Illinois Tech tower) for the mural. Researched & learned about the most cutting edge mural techniques and large printing services and prices.

Programmed parts of an inventory management web application for a multi-million dollar company using tools including Angular2 framework, Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services, Git version control, JSON objects, and Object Oriented C# among others. Documented regression, user acceptance, and quality assurance testing scenarios and clearly identified bugs with reproduction steps in multiple aspects of the web application, playing the role of a QA.
