It was time for a different kind of work! Work that involved team management and a more specialized approach to achieving the company's goals. I had grown significantly and was now capable of managing my own team. My responsibilities included planning scientific visits, routing doctor visits, monitoring prescriptions in pharmacies under doctors' prescriptions, controlling colleagues' reports, updating statistics of pediatric specialists in Tehran, and planning visits for colleagues. Additionally, I conducted regular and monthly training courses and troubleshooting sessions for the scientific team through role-playing, and organized oral and written exams to assess the readiness of my colleagues. These tasks constituted a significant part of my activities.

With all my experience and scientific knowledge, I joined this team to continue my growth alongside my new colleagues. Most areas of Tehran served as my workplace, and in addition to regular activities to achieve the company's set goals, I actively participated in scientific congresses and also delivered lectures and conferences at dermatology centers in Tehran. Additionally, I was responsible for conducting training sessions and Q&A for sales personnel in pharmacies and managing the company’s Instagram page.

At LaFarrar, where I initially worked in Arak and then in Tehran, I was not only responsible for the duties of a medical representative but also in charge of medical education. This was my last professional activity in Arak, after which I started working in Tehran.

At Dr. Shirazian Trading, we provided services with imported products to two categories of doctors: both dentists and dermatologists.

I started my career at Betis, where I received professional training. At Betis, I identified my skills and utilized them to better present products to physicians.
