I am a Mechanical Engineering Technologist. Currently working towards my undergraduate degree. I have completed my major in Design and Analysis and double major in Design and Development. This program is a hands-on, practical diploma developing students’ technical and analytical skills. Presently, I am working at SolarSteam as a design intern. I aim to build proficiency in the Engineering Industry and utilize my skills and knowledge to make a direct difference and to expand my toolkit. I am passionate about gaining and developing new knowledge and growing from these skill sets. My skills include working with Word, Microsoft Excel & Project, PowerPoint, as well as professional presentation and public speaking. I have growing skills in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Vault, SnapDesign, and Fusion360. I enjoy and highly value volunteer engagement and extracurricular activities. Being involved within the community and giving back is a big part of my life. I have been involved in numerous events that bring people together and create a sense of belonging. My experience as a new grad includes an Event Analyst for APEGA, volunteering at their Science Olympics to encourage young children to pursue STEM, and I served as Vice-Chair for the Nominations Committee for the SAIT Students’ Association Board of Directors.
