As an HR and Organizational Development professional with over a decade of specialized experience in Rewards, I have always been driven by the desire to align human potential with strategic business outcomes. My journey in the corporate world equipped me with the tools to design and implement effective reward systems, foster talent development, and drive organizational change. However, in 2016, I decided to pivot from the corporate environment to pursue my personal passions and entrepreneurial aspirations.I am also a published author, with two books that delve into the realms of metaphysics, spirituality, and the rich traditions of Islamic calligraphy. Writing has been a profound outlet for me to explore and share my understanding of these subjects, and it's deeply fulfilling to see my work resonate with readers around the world.In addition to my work as an author, I founded Alifat, a platform dedicated to the promotion of Islamic calligraphy. Alifat is more than just a business—it's a mission to preserve and celebrate a centuries-old art form that holds immense spiritual significance. Through Alifat, I aim to connect people with the beauty and depth of Islamic calligraphy, offering insights, educational content, and high-quality artworks that reflect the essence of this timeless tradition.I’m passionate about blending creativity with structure, whether in the corporate world or in the arts.
