Both Academies are part of the British School of KuwaitResponsible for both academies where are 2000 members per year from ages 3 – 16 years old from all Private and Governmental Schools from Kuwait.Managing 11 Sports Courses and 5 Art Courses (dived in 3 terms) during the year and more than 50 different nationalities Coaches and Assistants who are working as part time for the Academy.Helping organize International Sports and Adventure Trips for students every year to Ireland, Romania, Greece, Spain, Dubai, Singapore etc.Helping organize every year with different Ambassadors the International Basketball and Volleyball Tournaments between the Embassies in Kuwait.Apart from the courses organizing Swimming Gala, Music Gala, Theatre Showcase, Oscars, Dance Shows, Awards Evening, Summer and Winter Camps, Annual Carnival and other events.Manage weekly, monthly and annual reports including the annual budget for each activity and each term.Managing and dealing with the Sponsors, Vendors and the Local Press.Maintain and update the Social Media of the Academy ( Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp )Customer service, answer parents and customer inquires.Collecting payment via cash or KNET and generating links, for students registrations.Dealing with many departments such as the Finance team, Marketing team and Operations team. Receiving around 200 students each day.Taking care of books, collecting, censoring etc.Organizing books on shelves.Entering books details/data in Oliver App system.Helping the children in reading and giving them a nice atmosphere to help them love reading.
