Current projects: 1. Evaluation of the UK Seafood Fund (UKSF) for Defra:Providing technical evaluation support for the process, impact and value-for-money evaluation of this £100 million fund. Includes development of Theories of Change for each pillar and for the fund overall, and the evaluation framework. Implementation of the framework involves regular review and update of the ToC and evaluation framework and undertake evaluation at each mid-point and year end from 2023 to 2027.2. Evaluation of the Coastal Transition Accelerator Programme(CTAP) for Defra:Project coordinator for a developmental evaluation covering process, impact and value for money of the programme to identify innovative approaches to coastal transition. Includes working closely with the project teams to identify learning that can be transferred elsewhere and also for the next capital investment programme.3. Evaluation of the Defra Flood and Coastal Resilience Innovation Programme (FCRIP):This programme will involve working with 25 local areas across England which have seen increased threats from fluvial, groundwater and coastal flooding, and advising them how to best use their allowance of a £150 million grant from the government to increase the resilience of their local area. Most recent work on the programme has involved collaborating with project leaders to inform the evaluation of the programme.4. Preparation of flood hazard and flood risk maps and flood risk management plans for Romania (with JBA for World Bank):Assisting the economic advisor with developing and reviewing the multi-criteria analysis (MCA) and cost-benefit analysis (CBA) appraisals being undertaken. 5.Evaluation of Fisheries and Seafood Scheme for Defra:Project Manager for the evaluation of FaSS which aims to promote sustainability in the sector. The evaluation includes development of a benefits cost frameworks and assessing value for money as part of the economic evaluation of the scheme.

Prepared Initial Environmental Examinations - IEE (as per Pak-EPA requirements) for small engineering projects to assess the scale and size of environmental impacts and propose mitigation measures.Developed and conducted Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) of large scale dams and irrigation systems. Identified and categorized the scale and significance of impacts for the development of Environmental Mitigation, Management and Monitoring Plans. Prepared Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) and Resettlement Framework Policy (RFP) for projects that entailed the displacement of people and infrastructure.

Used geospatial analysis software to asses the effect of land use change on water quality in rivers, streams and lakes across 32 watersheds in North Carolina.

Developed a strategic plan for financial and environmental sustainability for the hospital. The plan outlined cost-effective conservation measures to reduce both resource consumption and financial costs.

Assisted in preparing lesson plans. Monitored and helped students in projects and class work. Also assisted students with learning disabilities.

Assessed and mapped the habitat of rare birds species in Northern Pakistan using ArcGIS. Developed a database of birds species in Northern Pakistan.
