I am currently working with a local real estate investment company, through which I was able to manage a multifamily fix-and-hold project. From the purchase of the properties to the renovations and property management, the company saved thousands of dollars by applying negotiation and investor financing strategies I had learned. Going forward I would like to enter the field of the redevelopment of properties through real estate investment. I look forward to managing a small local business with my entrepreneurial skills to expand its business. I have gained office management skills, an understanding of finances, and experience in accounting. I am pursuing a degree in multiple-disciplinary studies which will help me gain a better understanding of entrepreneurship, real estate, and psychology.
