Senior Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer At Switchthink Solutions
CurrentResponsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO, including scheduling, managing calendar appointments, meeting preparation, answering/managing CEO's phone, completing expense reports, reconciling credit card accounts, balancing general ledgers, compositing and preparing correspondence, and taking meeting minutes. ♦ Plan events to include charity events, volunteer events, and out of town events for Senior Management, volunteers and guests. Planning includes bidding for pricing, reviewing and negotiating contracts, hotel arrangement, travel, vendor/sponsor relationships and contracts, payment collection, coordination of materials, activities, meals, and other event related activities.♦ Arranging complex and details travel plans, itineraries and agendas.♦ Prepare information for meetings, to include board meetings, supervisory committee meetings, leadership meetings, AVP meetings and Senior Management meetings. Preparation includes collecting and organizing information for distribution while leveraging excellent writing, proofing and editing skills. Leverages applicable systems for document storage.♦ Leverage judgement and decision making on behalf of leaders to ensure final work product meets expectations.♦ Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
