Act in the development and execution of the company's ESG strategy, based on organizational values. Work to make sustainability and social responsibility programs and projects feasible, mainly in reducing the impacts of O&G operations on communities. Plan and execute communication, engagement and partnership with all stakeholders impacted by operationsFocus on identify and manage environmental, social and governance risks, proposing action plans for regularization and compliance. Reinforce the implementation of comprehensive security policies and practices for employees and communities, including training, awareness programs and community activities in partnership with NGOs and other legal entities.

Support the social team to implement the license to operate mandatory programs and the development of stakeholder engagement strategies and monitoring, grievance process and new programs demands. Also supports new assessment engagement plans and others social team demands.

Working directly with local and Houston-based ExxonMobil socio-economic teams to support the development of stakeholder engagement strategies involved in the environmental licensing process for exploration activity.Support in receiving and disseminating stakeholder consultations, early management of processes and grievance management systems. Responsibilities also include developing the map of expectations and trends, managing the environmental reporting process and schedule updates, as well as continuously monitoring the virtual public hearing process in the COVID scenario in Brazil (issues, changes, legislation). Support the APO/drill engagement with stakeholders and social team strategies in the field during Vessels of Opportunities training and the drill event. Also supporting the ExxonMobil social team to coordinate mandatory programs (PCS / PEAT).

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for stakeholder consultation and community engagement, supporting the implementation of GDP 3.6-0001 and leading global online training sessions on the subject. Human Rights liaison group member. - Led the development and implementation of a social performance plan for offshore and onshore assets as built the strategic stakeholder engagement plan for the bp Oman project (Block 61). - Communication practitioner supporting bp internal & external communications actions/events and advising on corporate policy and brand. - Specific roles included: Engagement with indigenous communities in Oiapoque, Brazilian Indians, following local Consultation Protocols lead from FUNAI and local NGOs. Engagement with 50 different leaders of indigenous villages (organized in Forums).- Member of bp energy volunteering committee, multiplying the culture of volunteering on bp’s employees (i.e.: huge positive impact on basic needs to vulnerable people during the COVID-19 pandemic). - Since 2013, supported BP Global STEAM Academies intercultural programs. - Represented bp in internal and external forums, supporting industry initiatives. - High Impact Projects at bp: Foz Social License to operate - FZA-M-59: Foz do Amazonas exploration drilling (2014-2019): Oversight of ESHIA and responses to technical appraisals. Stakeholder consultation and relationship risk/impact/opportunity management. Public Hearings (47 assemblies, reaching 476 institutions, within 22 municipalities). Coordination of internal/external multidisciplinary teams to implement public hearings under challenging logistics, stringent regulations, and tight public scrutiny due to an international campaign against operations (Greenpeace) (3 events/over 1800 institutions).BM-CAL-13 Camamu Almada exploration drilling (2012/2013): Developed early engagement plan for company’s consultations and engagements with area of influence, public hearings (events held in 2 municipalities, reaching 1,000 + institutions) ; engagement and training of local communities and fishing vessels for emergency response exercise within 16 municipalities, with the participation of 600+ institutions. Polvo production campaign (2011-2012) – Maintenance of Social license to operate:, rebuilding the ongoing plans for compensatory social programs in adherence to regulatory requirements. - Coordinator of nine projects of the Compensation Program for Fishing Activity, conditioned to the environmental license of El Paso’s Second Drilling Campaign in the BM-CAL Block – Camamu Almada Basin – Lower Southern Bahia State – 2007/2008. - Key interface between company, consultant, fishing communities, communities’ leaders, monitoring commission (formed by members of the fishing communities of El Paso’s activity area neighborhood) and technicians of the Environmental Agency – CGPEG/IBAMA. - Responsible for drafting responses to CGPEG/IBAMA technical appraisals related to the program. Member of the multidisciplinary technical team that carried out the Rapid Participative Diagnostic (DRP) of the fishing communities.
