* I worked in UK as a shop assistant. I assist Customers with finding items in the shop, advising them with products. During these hours I usually come across some Customers who I must remind about our alcohol selling policy, and kindly refuse to serve them, which I do with my warm and calm, but firm personality. * I worked in UK as a market trader for Limpopo Markets. The Company has great variety of South African delicacies such as biltong, droewors and bites. I am in charge to set up, promote and sell these products at food markets at multiple locations in and around of London. I also help the Owner of the Company at various festivals and events. I really enjoy the face to face selling and promoting of these products, and to see the Customer’s faces when they’re happy with the purchase. These markets and events require great stamina, as these involve 10 hours standing and speaking to Customers. During these hours I have to be very vigilant and must react promptly to any issues may occur due to weather and Customer or other Trader’s behaviour. Safety is always first.* I worked in Brazil as the PA to the President of the Company, who was also the Senator of the Congress of Brazil. I was providing telephone service, scheduling meetings and receiving visitors. Organize meetings whenever requested. Provided support to the internal and external customers. Arrange payments and presidency bills. Schedule, convene, monitor and provide records of official meetings and events. Control and monitor the appointments of the board, taking care of the agendas, preparing material and information for the participants and alerting them, in a timely manner, about due dates and times. Plan and organize trips for the board, including arranging travel and accommodation. Organize and maintain records, files, and retrieve them when necessary. Provide support to the board in all general matters, as requested.*
