Hello! I'm Fatima , a dedicated student at the Faculty of Commerce, English Section. I am passionate about my studies but also have a strong interest in the practical side of my field. I believe that gaining diverse experiences and meeting new people are essential to making the most of my university life.I am actively involved in various extracurricular activities that allow me to apply my knowledge and develop new skills:Representative Group in FCES Students' Council: In this role, I manage a group of 115 students, helping to resolve issues, assist with college-related needs, and act as a liaison between students and faculty. This position has enhanced my leadership and communication skills as I work directly with professors and address student concerns.HR Member Subcommittee OD: This has been one of my most enjoyable experiences, significantly boosting my skill set. I've engaged in diverse tasks such as SWOT Analysis, GAP Analysis, and creating monthly reports. Additionally, I have undergone extensive training, including sessions on GAP Analysis, interview techniques, and formal email communication. These experiences have greatly enriched my expertise.I strive to balance my academic pursuits with hands-on experiences to make my university journey diverse and enjoyable.
