Work directly under the CEO; help the CEO to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. Working closely with the Executive team and the Board of Directors of the Company.

• I was involved in the organization and management of day- to-day running of the COO’s affairs in coordinating the various business support functions reporting to him• My responsibility also included assisting the Head of Risk Management as administrative support and I was involved in the preparation of ALCO reports with the assistance of the Risk Management team• Preparing presentations and other letters and correspondence required by the COO and / or Head of Risk Management• Time permitting I also assisted Operations Department in filling in times of staff shortage or in the absence of junior staff members which gave me an insight into the working of the Operations Department• As Personal Assistant I ensured that the COO’s scheduling and meetings were up to date
