Aspiring Cybersecurity Professional with hands-on experience in threat detection, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.During the Internship at REY I conducted regular security assessments and penetration tests, identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities in systems, my role was to developed and implemented security measures to protect against cyber-attacks and data breaches. My responsibilities included executing comprehensive network analysis and packet capturing with Wireshark to detect and mitigate threats. I monitored and analyzed security logs analysis and events, handled security incidents, and ensured adherence to SOPs. my role was to perform threat detection, vulnerability management, malware analysis, and security automation using tools like Splunk. I demonstrated excellent communication and teamwork skills, collaborating closely with colleagues, clients, and Information Security Managers (ISM) to enhance digital security and implement cybersecurity frameworks. I ensured adherence to security compliance regulations, improving overall security posture and networking protocols. Additionally, I managed and configured security controls, such as SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, Proxy, and SOAR, to ensure infrastructure security. Leveraging AWS cloud services for secure and scalable deployment of cybersecurity tools was also part of my role. I performed email forensics, steganography, and data recovery procedures on various storage mediums such as mobile phones, laptops, and USB drives, using tools like Autopsy, FTK Imager, Belkasoft, and Dr. Fone to restore lost data. Furthermore, I configured firewalls and IDS/IPS (Snort) to detect and enhance security defenses. My technical expertise spans operating systems like Kali Linux, Windows, and Parrot, and I am proficient with security toolsI am Eager to learn, adapt to new challenges, and contribute to innovative cybersecurity projects.
