Recruitment:Recruitment has been a vital part of my Job Description. I am responsible for:- Identifying the vacancy needs (skills, experience etc) and posting it on different Social Media Channels and Job Portals.- Head Hunting the potential candidates via Linkedin.- Critically analyzing the resumes received and forwarding the shortlisted Candidates for Initial Screening.- Initial Screening via telephone calls, email, digital forms.- Forwarding the list of Short listed Candidates to concerned Authorities.Selection:As a HR Professional, I am offering various services in selection process including:- Scheduling Interviews with short listed Candidates via calls and e-mails.- Managing the Interview process.- Taking reviews from Interviewers.- Final Selection of Candidate. Orientation: - Introducing new employee via emails, informal introduction through some gathering. -Explaining the rules and policy of company to the new employee.Pay Roll Management: -Checking the monthly attendance record of employee and Calculating the net pay based on the record.-Successfully transferring the salaries within first two working days of the month.Employee Exit:I have been responsible for:- Taking exit interviews of the employees- forwarding the reviews of exit interviews to concerned authorities and providing best possible solution to deal with the highlighted issue is exit interview.

Those two months of my professional life were like the most important time. Working in a multi national like Siemens enhanced my skills in the best way. I have worked in the compliance department and my work there includes:-Looking after the client transferable files and make necessary adjustments to make the transaction smooth.-Attending several meetings of Unit heads with International Clients on the matters related to law, transparency International.-Conducting a detailed research on the illegal functions of any workplace that resulted in harm for the well being of an organization.-Collecting data within the organization for the annual team Meet by interviewing the employees about related affairs.-I had been involved in proofreading of different contracts, articles and other related stuff.-Filing of different client material and making sure that hey reached the concerned authorities on time.
