Reconcile all accounts from revenue generating centres and processing end of day reports

Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.Ensuring a smooth check in procedure alongside accurate guest billing on departure.Providing a personalised experience by attending to all requests efficiently and handling complaints in a positive manner.Assisting with all hotel related queries and information about the local areaMaking reservations for accommodation, restaurant and bar.

Performing all opening and closing duties of the Executive Club Lounge.Setting up buffet for respective service periods of breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner drinks and canapes.Liaising with the chefs to ensure all dietary and allergy needs have been met. Working closely with the team to ensure customers are engaged and content.
