Create, implement, and maintain a business analysis process.Supervise six ITS employees, including three other IT Business Analysts.Delegate work, track assignments, ensure quality of work and adherence to processes, and promote relationship building with project participants.Develop, implement, and refine a work management system to monitor incoming work, make assignments, and track completion.Coordinate with other department Supervisors to promote an efficient, cohesive, and collaborative environment.Recruit and train new employees on business analysis, project and product management, and the importance of keeping customer service principles at the forefront of our work. Foster positive and productive interactions between all project staff and internal and external customers, to build and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective and transparent communication and service delivery.Provide technical business analysis for custom technical applications and databases. Elicit business requirements, functional specifications, and document them as technical requirements. Confirm proposed technical solutions meet business needs.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
