With a background in Architecture and experience in handling various residential, commercial, landscape, and urban design projects, I chose the construction industry for the diversity it offers. From administrative roles to management positions - the opportunities are endless, and this thrived me to be indulged in this learning process. My background and interest in architecture helped me explore the design perspective of construction, and my post-graduation is helping me understand the managerial aspects of the industry. Since childhood, I have always been keen to learn about the process of planning, designing, and constructing structures I see around me. My curiosity only increased with time, and my passion for the subject grew more robust, which ultimately fascinated me to take up architecture. I have done my Bachelor’s in Architecture from India. In the 2year of professional practice post-Bachelors, I acknowledged that architecture deals with the aesthetics and functions of a building that involves factors such as sociology and psychology. My academic and professional exposure has so far helped me amalgamate my base for designing, and I now wish to know more about the managerial aspects of the construction industry. My PostGraduation in Construction Project Management helped me to equip myself with the knowledge of International Construction issues and an understanding of professional practice, ethics, and procedures.
