Colleagues describe them as "الزميلة فاطمة حماد عملتُ مع فاطمة في إطار أكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين عدة أعوام، وقد عملت في هذه الأثناء على التصميم الجرافيكي لكل الأنشطة التي تنفذها الأكاديمية، وقد اختبرت في كثير من المتطلبات التي أنجزتها إبداعها وتفننها في إخراج التصميمات باحترافية، مع عدد قليل جدا من التعديلات الراجعة إليها بعد إنجاز مسودتها الأولى، وهذا في علم التصميم ينم عن فهم المصمم لحاجة الطالب للتصميم ودقة فهم لمحور عمله والاعتناء بالتفاصيل. وفاطمة فضلا عن ذلك دقيقة في موعد الإنجاز إذا حددت زمنا لإخراج العمل فمن النادر أن تخلفه، وهذه ميزة المصمم الذي يعرف تقدير الجهد اللازم للإنجاز، وميزته في الحرص على احترافيته، وفاطمة كذلك يميزها دقة الفهم والاحترافية العالية في العمل." and "I had the pleasure of supervising Fatima in her role as a Graphic Designer in the Communication Department.
