I consulted 8 grant-awarded organizations on their monitoring and evaluation systems. This included determining metrics, goals, and data needs for grant-funded programs. I also compiled data and prepared a comprehensive report to show each program's impact to inform future allocations of the grant.

Philadelphia

I worked with the Management and Budget Consulting team on projects ranging from the fiscal recovery of distressed cities to public pension reform to fees assessment's feasibility studies. I drafted memos for client presentations, and presented progress reports and research findings to clients.

Accra, Ghana

I managed the quality control of "USAID Partnership for Education: Evaluating Systems," a nation-wide data collection effort for an educational study. Collected, organized, and cleaned all data gathered from 500 Ghanaian public schools on primary students' literacy rates for the baseline of this USAID project. Worked on site in rural schools, as well as in the ILC Africa HQ in Accra. During the data collection efforts, I provided on-going training on randomization protocol to data collectors and supervised school visits. Once the data collection had been completed, I drafted a staffing plan for the mid-line evaluation based on individual and team performance of 200 data collectors.

Doha, Qatar

I performed market research and assisted in the drafting of Teach for Qatar's business plan, core values, mission and vision. I also assisted the process of developing the logo and marketing strategy of the fellowship program. I reached out to and secured partnerships with local and international universities to ensure continued brand presence on campus and improve Teach for Qatar's recruitment funnel.
