Education in Radiology, with a Masters Degree in Radiology Administration gives me the knowledge to oversee multiple sites and administer to the mission of the health system. Experience in for profit, not for profit and academic health systems provides me with an understanding of the competitive health care environment. I have worked my way up from a Teacher's Assistant to a Radiology Administrator over multiple sites within various health organizations on a global level from different cities in the United States of America to various parts of the Middle East.I have always had a penchant for the healthcare environment, especially the interactions with patients and providing quality patient care. My flexibility, versatility, and attention to detail has enabled me to develop strong organizational skills. I always approach my duties with a positive and enthusiastic attitude no matter what difficulties may arise. I have never found a task too menial, nor a situation too cumbersome to resolve. I find my goal oriented approach allows me to yield the best results and satisfaction for both the patients’ and the healthcare personnel’s interests. As a great listener and observer I maintain diplomatic and tactful skills with professionals and non-professionals at all levels. My experiences in my climb up the healthcare ladder have bolstered my understanding of the importance of every role and the insight to maintain a most productive, yet fun workplace.

This is a 20 week course that teaches the standardization process(s) of improvement while completing major department projects with sustainable results. Using the RITE course standardization processes I spearheaded a team project known as the SMART Goal. This departmental initiative successfully increased the percent of portable chest x-ray images done in our ICUs which meet quality standards; by increasing the percent of High Quality Images from 40% to 90% by the beginning of Oct, 2015.-Built the educational program for the CT technologists and technologists training in CT. Made CE's available for staff, managed in-services and workshops for the technologists. Began the development process for new CT technologists for their training. Worked directly with the physicians and protocol technologist to ensure proper training and development. This was a 1 year process with Dr. Frandics Chan. -Performed advanced CT procedures on: - Siemens Somatom Definition Flash scanner.-Performs advanced MR procedures on both 3T & 1.5T GE Magnets.
