Hi ! Bella here with a total of more than 6 years of working experiences. I’m always open and aiming for a bigger role to develop more skills in order to gain more knowledge for my career paths.I’m excellent using Excel especially in developing my own reporting to save time and make it easier for other people to see as well.I’ve also once lead a team of more than 10 interns and 4 executive under my supervision during my work time at Setel which everyone holds a very important task and different responsibilities. I’ve successfully onboarded more than 1,000 dealers across PETRONAS for Setel and it was done in a 3 different phase of activation. Apart from that, I managed to develop a training course and materials and successfully conducted the training for all dealers that onboard Setel. Not to forget, all the executive and regional manager from PETRONAS were trained and joined as well. There’s a lot of achievement and learning that helps to develop my skills during my time in Setel especially in communication, analysing, reporting, training, problem solving and more which made me who I am today.Starting from being a business administrator, move to a merchant operations that handles various roles and responsibilities, now I’m currently handling merchant chargeback from A-Z which covers for all country in ASIA & AUNZ which are totally new experiences.Handling merchant chargeback requires a lot of critical thinking and how you can bring profit to the company and reduce the loss. You will need to face merchant that are furious, handling fraud cases, defend legit customer and many other circumstances. All this requires fast action and you learn new cases everyday. By then, I learn on how to develop my critical thinking and problem solving and managed to complete all cases within the time-frame. It’s always fun learning new things and I can tell you I’m quite a fast learner and always passionate to try something new ! You won’t be disappointed working together with me 😊
