• Responsible for developing and implementing policies related to the credit risk management and capital adequacy processes in coordination with the company’s overall corporate risk strategy.Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive proactive strategies and plans for assessing, controlling, analysing, and managing credit risks related to enterprise-level businesses.
• Establish limits and thresholds based on historical performance, current market conditions, operating trends, quantitative models/scenario analysis etc.
• Regularly monitor activities related to lending products such as loan origination, collateral valuation assessment (CVA) management, quality assurance reviews etc.
• Ensure proper analytic process control systems are designed and implemented to ensure consistent compliance with applicable regulations, requirements and best practices globally.
• Analyse financial statements of individual borrowers such as ratios ( debt/equity; coverage; liquidity; repayment capacity etc.) – ‐ basic comparative analysis from industry perspective or company specific research.
