Fatma Alzamel is a biomedical engineer currently pursuing an MS in Bioengineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), where she also serves as a Teaching Assistant. She holds a BSc in Biomedical Systems Engineering from Yarmouk University and participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Universidade do Porto.Fatma recently worked as a Consultant at Abwaab, a leading AI platform for digital content in the MENA region, where she utilized her expertise in research and content creation to support the delivery of high-quality, personalized online learning experiences.An active member of the IEEE community, Fatma serves as the Editor in Chief of IEEE R8Today, a regional newsletter highlighting the latest news and events of IEEE members and chapters. She is also involved in IEEE conferences and workshops, ensuring she stays abreast of industry trends and innovations. Fatma is dedicated to advancing the fields of biomedical engineering and education through her professional and academic endeavors.
