As the STEM and projects coordinator, I supported students' academic and personal development by providing them with project-based learning opportunities. By encouraging participation in national and international projects, I helped young people develop their innovative thinking skills and gain a globally competitive perspective.Educational Programs: By teaching BTEC Engineering Level 1 and Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses, I helped students develop their engineering fundamentals and entrepreneurial competencies.Project-Based Learning: By taking an active role in the planning, execution and evaluation processes of projects, I tried to make the learning process more meaningful and practical.International Scientific Activities: By supporting students' participation in international scientific events, I helped them expand their global professional networks and gain experience at international standards.Innovation and Support: By encouraging students to implement innovative projects and ideas, I contributed to their development of entrepreneurial spirit.My aim is to provide students with creative problem-solving skills and prepare them to become leaders of the future. With projects in the STEM field, I aim to create a learning environment that will maximize the potential of young people.
