As a Human Resources Generalist Assistant at Vakıf Yatırım, I apply my communication and interpersonal skills to support end-to-end HR processes, such as payroll, planning and managing employee training operations, implementing competency-based performance evaluations, driving the digitalization of HR processes, and employee relations. I also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in supporting Public Relations, Administrative Affairs, and managing the processes related to the General Assembly.I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Urban, Environmental and Local Politics at Ankara University, where I explore the dynamics and challenges of urban governance, sustainability, and social justice. I am passionate about world development and making a difference, and I have gained valuable experience in volunteering abroad programs, leading and facilitating workshops, and designing and managing projects. I am result-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn. I serve as a Board Member of Communications and International Relations at JCI Avrasya, where I focus on enhancing our global connectivity and outreach.
