After more than 11 years of experience working with a wide variety of patients in private practice as a therapist and Pilates instructor, I found that movement directed and active treatments are my passion. I use the kinetic control approach, movement assessment and retraining in my treatment, alongside the integration of Pilates, as a long term effective and high standard management, rehabilitation and patient care strategy.Following a lengthy and comprehensive training program I got my teaching certification from Primephysio Training UK which gave me the required skills and training to start her teaching career. And i feel privileged to be one of Primephysio UK and Orthopedic Manual Therapy Academy (OMTA) teaching team.A new chapter in my life started this year when i joined The kinetic control teaching team. This is a great challenge for me, to be a part of the change happening every day in the physical therapy education in the Middle East.
