I am a pattern shop manager. Throughout my career, I have worked as a model and pattern shop manager in many local and international textile companies. I also worked as a product manager in representative companies. I managed the entire process from the beginning of production to shipmentI worked on denim, washed products, jackets, knits, baby, children, maternity clothes, dobyes suits, hot couture and evening dresses and even stage costumes in the companies I worked with. I have 29 years of experience in the sector.I distributed the tasks, trained and followed up the work of the team in the pattern shop. I organized the formats of the documents that should be used in production and in the pattern shop. I followed up the control and planning of the workflow in the field. I prepared files and charts suitable for the dynamics of the companies I worked with. I organized the order of the flow as it should be. I took control of the production at every stage by preparing a measurement table suitable for the model and the reaction of the fabric. I created a relevant archive folder for each work. I prevented mixing by giving a tracking number to the sample and work sheets. I would report in detail how the shipment was made. I ensured that the re-rpt production was prepared in accordance with this report.Throughout my business life; I have adopted the principle of working on each new model with the excitement of the first day.My current target is to continue my duty in a European country. With these experiences, I want to open up to the world in the textile and fashion sector.
