Maaan is a non-profit foundation founded in 2007 with No. 3517 that seeks to raise the competence of students and newcomers to reduce the gap between labor market requirements and the skills of young people of both Genders by teaching them the latest and emerging labor market needs.By 2021, Maaan implemented 31 batches, with more than 7,500 beneficiaries from more than 15 provinces. I have played a key role in building the corporate branding image, Campaigns and relationships with all stockholders: NGOs, and VIPs, Additionally, I have been responsible for writing profiles and proposals, as well as organizing and scheduling events and panel discussions.Throughout my involvement with Maaan, I have attended 3 batches, with a total of 700 attendees. It has been a rewarding experience to witness the positive impact of our efforts on the lives and career prospects of young individuals.
