As a Marketing Assistant, I am responsible for promoting Career Center’s services, office locations, workshops, and events to students. I am also responsible for developing social media campaigns while working with the director. I coach coworkers on maintaining brand image through social media and campus events.Filmed, edited, and posted several educational and promotional videos on the Career Center’s social media platforms.Interacted with students on a weekly basis by holding tables in various parts of campus to promote the Career Center’s services to students.

As an Admin Assistant, I was responsible for document control, data entry, scheduling appointments,printing & scanning, managing schedules/calendars, maintaining files and records, and greeting & directing visitors. (Done in both languages English ad Arabic)
